Like Jr. said, it has been this way for years. The only reason they managed to stay civil was because Sr. was around.
I think Teresa lost total interest when Sr. left. What else can she do with the company? Jr. is a stepchild. I think she is hanging onto it so she can turn it over to Taylor Nicole - except that Taylor Nicole has nothing to do with racing. Or, she is just holding onto it because it was Sr.'s and she feels and obligation to carry it on. To pass it over to the stepchildren would probably feel like she was giving away part of Sr.
I know she was a very devoted wife to Sr. His loss had to be devastating to her. If she wasn't devoted, I doubt Sr. would have kept her around - she was his third wife.
