Trump Backed House Republicans Protect Illegal Haitians

6 House Republicans voted with the Democrats to extend Haitian protection for another 3 years.
Maria Elvira Salazar (FL-27), Mike Lawler (NY-17), Carlos Gimenez (FL-28), Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11), Don Bacon (NE-2) all have Trump endorsements. Mike Lawler has been called a "true America First patriot" by the big man himself. This prevents 300,000+ Haitians, all brought in under the previous administration from being deported.

Tired of winning? I was told we'd win so hard that we'd get tired of winning. I'm waiting for it to happen.

Except for a few things -

1. This is a discharge petition to bring the matter to the floor, not on who does or does not support the proposed legislation.
2. Even if passed in the House it does not guarantee the Senate will take it up or pass it.
3. If both chambers pass the measure the President can veto it.

In other words this is just a nothing-burger.
