"Likely committed a crime"? Silly me, I thought judges and the legal system dealt in facts not likelihoods.
Reminds me of the time back in the 80s when I was stopped at the weigh station for an inspection of my grain truck and the police officer gave me an inspection ticket because he “thinks” he hears air leaking from my breaks.
