They were applauding for the Owens family, and Trump made that clear.Do you agree that he commented on a "record applause"?
You're another one who could use some help for your hate issues. You admit straight out that you didn't watch...the proceed to tell us all about it.Personally, I couldn't take but about 30 seconds...
Very well played!

Well, they're Democrats, so.....Hopefully this is where you release that sickness so you don't go shoot up a church or something.
I'm sure she does that too! You're another one who could use some help for your hate issues. You admit straight out that you didn't watch...the proceed to tell us all about it.
But if this is what keeps you from beating your children and kicking your dog, by all means, have at it.
Did any of the right wing freaks LISTEN to anything that was said...or did you have the sound off and just look at the pretty pictures? The comments on here are, predictably inane. WTF do the majority of the comments have to do with the content of the speech? It seems Kev_Russell was the only one who listened.
Personally, I couldn't take but about 30 seconds...Mr. Trump simply has no stage presence and no ability whatsoever to deliver a prepared speech. He has no idea where the camera is...he has no ability to read a sentence as it is written, he has no ability to change the tone of his voice as a means to highlight what is important. He is impossible to watch.
Well Said!See, here's part of the problem. I don't give a flip about "stage presence" nor the ability to give a prepared speech. I've had my fill of slick professional politicians powered by polls and professional political machines, bought and paid for by the highest bidders. And to judge by his popularity, so are many other Americans. The country is a bit of a mess, not headed for disaster, no, but I firmly believe that professional politicians and the machines that spawn them are a good part of the reason for that mess. Representing blocs of money hasn't worked out well. While there is some truth to "Whats good for business is whats good for America", letting them write their own tax code to the tune of tens of thousands of pages was wrong. And sponsoring massive social giveaways and letting the left run rampant with little oversight and not much in the way of controls in return for that is no better. Everybody's been scratching the fringes backs for far too long and forgetting the middle. I have no problem with a program to legalize the illegals. And I'm pretty sure most folks in the middle don't either. But only if it's done right, IAW that basic American principle. Earn it. Whatever it is.
Personally, I couldn't take but about 30 seconds...
So I caught bits and pieces as I flipped back and forth...

More likely, scanning CNN, MSNBC, MotherJones, Slate, WaPo and NYT so she'd know what she was supposed to say and how.
Trying pushing that lie on those that know better.
Everyone here knows 100% that you were glued to your TV screen clutching your bag of Cheetos, drinking your Mountain Dew, and basking in the sun tan you were getting from the screen! Probably writing down notes from the speech so you could write through the night in order to post your rebuttal on here this morning!
No way. I'm betting that TJ is being truthful when she says she watched for 30 seconds, then turned it to Facts of Life reruns. These people, none of them actually listen to a Trump speech - that's why they get it so wrong the next day when pissing and moaning about it. Buzzfeed tells them that it was this and that, blah blah, and that's what they regurgitate. I guarantee you that every single talking point TJ posted came from somewhere else.

That's the easy part, bone. Corporations and private citizens financially support this stuff all the time - like, ALL THE TIME. I know you've seen walkways and other public accommodations that have bricks with people's names on them. I know you've seen corporation names on stadiums. How about museums and college buildings that are named after someone? What do you think that is?anybody figure out how he plans to get private entities to pay for a trillion dollars in infrastructure repairs?
Why would we try and figure out how he's going to do something he never said he was going to do?anybody figure out how he plans to get private entities to pay for a trillion dollars in infrastructure repairs?
This plan is going to go just like getting mexico to pay for the wall
so we are going to have corporate highways and bridges? That's the easy part, bone. Corporations and private citizens financially support this stuff all the time - like, ALL THE TIME. It's amazing to me how many people in this country don't know how things work.
You've heard of bonds, yes? Of course they're going to get something in return; whatever the rate the bonds pay. In effect, it is no different than the gummint simply paying for it and selling T bills to the same people to pay for it. That said, the difference is that bonds will then be insured by other interested parties and not be on the gummints books. That said, it will cost us more to go that route. The SMART thing to do, while T bills are paying so little is to borrow the living #### out of money and blow the damn economy up on the cheap. Blow it up as in make it go. Infrastructure, military, whatever he wants to spend it on.so we are going to have corporate highways and bridges?
This isn't a stadium where a company will acquire an interest, and its not a charity either. Do you really think trump is going to get a trillion dollars from industry for infrastructure repairs and not give something in return?

Sure it does. It is different in how it is accounted for and insured. You're correct that it is adding debt but it's not the same as just selling t bills to do it. Keep in mind, Trump is the sales guy. Only driven on Sundays. Little old lady. Church.I get it, but bonds do not equate to private entities paying for it like trump intimated .....
you going to be OK with giving Verizon a cut of the increased tolls?I'm certainly fine with crossing the newly rebuilt Harry Nice Bridge sponsored by Verizon.
