So, does that mean that buying American is private companies must invest into retooling to make the equipment and products needed, at their cost, while the government pays for the end products, or that the "hire American" means private companies will support community colleges to pay for training courses to teach people how to do the things that needed done for the infrastructure plan to be implemented? I don't know, but it would work, and fit the bill, and be good for America.

I think that could absolutely be a part. I think there are a myriad of things that could be a part. Arguing against a two-sentence plan is stupid to do, especially when MR does it with details he doesn't have. But, using stupid and MR both in one sentence is pretty redundant.

He doesn't need to tell them, though - they already know. Corporations and private benefactors have been doing this forever. They know the worth and ROI - they just need an invitation.
