You need to explain what your evidence is to open an investigation into a crime. What is the underlying evidence a crime occurred to investigate said crime.

This post is about Trump suing to stop the release of his taxes which he said he would be happy to release if he weren't under audit. Which was another lie as he wasn't under audit

Can you show me he wasn't (not isn't, wasn't) under audit?

And, if he wasn't, what is the driving need to see his taxes that the financial disclosures he filed would not answer? Be specific.
