This OBVIOUS Opposition started During the Bush Administration with all the left behinds from 8 yrs of Clinton.

IMHO to clean House 75% or more of Federal Employees would have to be terminated and a 100% turn over of Congressional Staff when members lose office or retire
Multiple Gov Agencies need to be dissolved .... Dept of Ed, EPA, Dept of Energy, Interior and so on
all Federal Park Lands turned over to the States
