He is unashamed and unapologetic, so I don't see what point was made by the House formally expressing their disapproval of his ridiculous antics. As it was announced the Bot Caucus broke into a Negro spiritual.

Shaming these people is a time waster - they have no shame. Back in the day, by cracky, the voters would fix their little red wagon. Nowadays a ghetto Congressman gets in because everyone in his district is a crackhead and criminal. They have no respect for anything, not even themselves, so they are perfectly represented by the likes of Al Green and Jasmine Crockett and AOC and Rashida Tlaib.
