On March 25, 2019, Chief U.S. District Judge James K. Bredar sentenced James Hair, a/k/a “Mook,” age 28, of Baltimore, Maryland, to 117 months in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute at least two kilograms of cocaine. In another case yesterday, U.S. District Judge Ellen L. Hollander sentenced Stancil McNair, age 22, of Baltimore, Maryland to 10 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for conspiracy to distribute heroin, powder cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl.
