Steven M. Williams, a/k/a “Brother Ray”, a/k/a “Ray,” age 39, formerly of Delaware, pleaded guilty today to sex trafficking of a child by force, fraud, and coercion. Also today, co-defendant Harry E. Rivers, a/k/a “Hakeem” and “Pots,” age 29, also of Delaware, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a child, while a third co-defendant, Jessica L. Schaefer, a/k/a “Tutti,” age 24, of Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to that same charge on January 10, 2019.
