whats really effed up about this. A tragic accident that destroyed a family and the father is facing 20-Life. That crazy azz yates woman systematically murders 5 of her own children effectively destroying her family and they let her out of jail yesterday. UFB

I agree but that's any weapon. He had an illegal weapon to boot. And why was it loaded? I can't see a four year old knowing how to load a shotgun....

IMO, the father as well as the mother should be facing 20-life! Clearly they're both at fault for having an unsecured, illegal weapon in the house.

Its not like Yates is walking the streets as a free woman, she went from jail into a state run mental hospital.
