Yep, but its not an earlier post (i dont think). Some Navy boarding teams get some CQB training with paintball guns. Marines use simunition rounds I think (wax type bullets that hurt like heck).

Thanks The Straights of Hormuz get used a lot by the bad guys. I think its about the same distance as between Norfolk and Eastern Shore of Maryland. You can see both sides when you go through it.
