R.I.P. Bobo, We miss you!
I was in Santiago about 2 years ago and one of the things that bothered me so much was the stray dogs and cats. Peeps think it is bad here, nothing compared to there. They obviously don't alter to help the situation. There were beautiful places there but that is the one thing that I left with. So heartbreaking.
