Undercover Boss...

Think it has potential..

Have to wonder what they cut, and didn't show.

Next weeks sounds better where he catches a restaurant manager being an ass.

But the COO of the company has been tainted by Reality. Watch the financials in the paper for the announcement of him being replaced.

I liked it! I wish more CEO/COO's need to get out and get their hands dirty to undertsand how their decisions affect the worker bees of their companies. That COO of WM seemed like a nice guy too... Im pretty sure Im already disgusted over the Hooters episode though just from the previews!

I watched it last night and I'm so glad Monday is a holiday so I get to watch it next week. That manager at Hooters isn't going to know what happened to him (hopefully!) once the CEO breaks his cover and hopefully hands him his behind.

How did they cover the cameras? Documentary and a new guy showing up?

:yeahthat:
I watched it, and it seems very phoney. Like these people don't know who he is, come on...the new guy shows up to work on the first day with a camera crew

They said on the episode last night that the people at WM were told he was a construction worker doing some reality TV thing on trying out entry level jobs. Still would make you go "hmmmm...", but at least it was a somewhat plausible story.

You could easily cover it as a "Dirty Jobs" kinda show, or a documentary on low paying jobs, I just wonder how they did it.

Yeah, heard that too. But all of the sob stories that came out (I'm overworked, have medical issues, dinner at the house, him getting fired, etc.) made it a little more unbelievable to me.
