Up-do stylist for fine hair

Hi ladies! I am in need of an up-do for an event this Saturday evening. I have very fine hair. I need someone who knows how to do an up-do on my type of hair. Recent stylists have tried to just curl and pin it to my head which makes it look terribly flat. Obviously, my hair needs to be teased but I haven't found anyone who knows that concept.

Any suggestions on who to go to??
