Not much here, but I've updated the, "Schools" pages on my site. A visitor to my site has provided photos of a Halloween parade from Sandymount Elementary School from 1976. Although many of us had already graduated High School by then, those that previously attended Sandymount may enjoy the pictures from our old elementary school. Check out the last picture, with the kids on the blacktop behind Sandymount. I remember that we used to have to line up by grades before school there. Even more, consider that many schools today can't have "Halloween" parties anymore, and instead have to call them "Autumn Festivals", or some other politically correct terms. Geez, all it was to us back then was a fun time to dress up and get lots of free candy. But some misguided parents from our generation apparently feel that Trick or Treat contributes to some sort of Witch or Devil worship. Man, get a life!!!
Thanks,
