Using METCOM AutoPay?

Just got an email from Metcom, important stuff below, more in the email.

Dear MetCom Customers,

The St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission (MetCom) is happy to announce that we have launched a new AutoPay program that includes new features such as recurring monthly payments by debit or credit card while still accepting checking/saving accounts. Customers currently enrolled in AutoPay must re-enroll in this new program as the information will not be carried over to the new system. To be enrolled in AutoPay for October 2023, customers must enroll/re-enroll by October 16, 2023. Below we have included some important information about the program below and how to enroll.

I think so.

Login is a PITA, just tried. Even if you had an existing account, it won't work, you have to create a new account. Took me a few tries, logged in, presented with a Metcom banner and no information, no buttons, nuttin'. I'll try again tomorrow.

I signed up when I was being dragged sixteen ways from Sunday dealing with the parents. Forgot to do the bills more than once.

I tried to re-do earlier today the autopay I've been doing the past few years.
Damn Metcom payment drone will not recognize my bank account I have been using.
