vacant building??

I am with a local Community Theater group located in Calvert County. Unlike Port Tobacco Players and Newtowne, we do not have a permanent home. That makes set building and rehearsing a challenge to say the least. Next year, we have a rather large production on the schedule with a monster of a set that needs to be built and rehearsed on. I am looking for a building, storefront, or a large room sitting vacant, some place that hasn't been rented in a while, that maybe the owner may consider lending us for about 3 months to build out the set and rehearse. It would have to be big enough for us to build a 2-story set in. Our only requirements would be heat and electricity and we would clean any mess from the construction. We don't have some of the political or financial backing of the larger theater groups, (Calvert County tends to lag behind in this respect) so we wouldn't be able to just rent a place. We are, however, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so a tax break for the "rental" and any other associated costs could be in order. Do any of you have any ideas, suggestions, or leads?? Feel free to PM me. Thanks all!
