Vcruntime140.dll is missing on Windows 10

Hello there, i'd like to ask about the vcruntime140.dll missing error,
how can i fix this problem?
I already have vcruntime140.dll in my system32 but everytime i open my program it says that it's not there.
Anyone know how to solve?

Interesting .. I have seen cell phones do this never a laptop ...

With the charger an error pops up ... cannot tell the wattage but the laptop will still function

Batteries Never ... but then I work on Business Class laptops perhaps the restrictions are relaxed

This error is mostly occurs for corrupted Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable. Check this solution here VCRUNTIME140.DLL and try to reinstall the Visual C++ 2015 redistributable here.
