Won't know until I get home.
Blocked at work. Or at least it used to be. Tried it and got in. No problem. Why?

Guess they unblocked it, but I like checking it at home because my home computer is already set to sort out the garbage and discard it.Nope.
I'm getting into my Verizon mail via Webmail and Thunderbird client. No issues.
There's more than one way in... try this link if you're not already:
Welcome to Verizon Webmail
That is what I am using. I can get in just fine. The problem is when I click on a message or View All Email that I get redirected back to the sign in page.
Ah, but that's not what you said.
"Anyone else having trouble getting to it? Every time I log in to read my mail, it redirects..."
That says you couldn't log on. Getting bumped back to the logon is something I've had happen before, but it eventually goes away. Try clearing the cache/history in your browser. I can pretty much guarantee that if you call Verizon they will blame your system first. That is, if you can understand them.
Had this happen today, but I can't get it to repeat. At home it never happens because I use Outlook to get the mail at home and don't log into it via the internet websit. That is what I am using. My bad. Thanks for the suggestion. I do NOT want to call Verizon if at all possible. It does this at home, too.
If it does it at home too, then there might be a problem with your account, but highly unlikely. Like Vince, I use a client at home, Thunderbird. SO much better than using webmail and rarely ever a problem.
I have no idea what that means.![]()
A program like Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird, where the mail is processed on your local computer rather than using a web page.
Outlook on NMCI is a client program.
