Sure looks like to me. Message on my phone reads "Irregularities were found. To prevent your account to be blocked, please confirm now. http//verizonwireless.url.ph".

That is not their site.

There is a link on their website that you can forward suspicious emails to for their review. I've done it in the past.

That is not their site.

That site originated from the Philippines (.ph). Most likely a phishing website.

I received that text last week when I was on the island of Grenada. At first I thought it was real since I was 'roaming' around the islands, but then figured it was spam from a local island phone company.

The .ph in the url means it is from the Philippines so it is probably legit! I'd go ahead and click on the link and give them all the info they asked for.
