I can't make any calls either. I did receive earlier this morning about 11.My phone is still in SOS mode.
Still no cell service on my phone, wife's working.I'm on it right now lol
ManyHas anyone who's affected tried a full power down/restart?
Mine came back about 9:30 last night, the wife's came back at 4:00 yesterday afternoon. Same model, both bought at the same time but they do have different exchange numbers.I’m reading across some other forums and discussion boards that the problem may come down to whether someone has a SIM or an eSIM.
The phones with the eSIM being the ones that are stuck on SOS.

Just send a SASE to Verizon by 16 January and then wait 8-12 weeks for it to hit.Just heard on the radio that Verizon says everyone effected will receive a $20 credit.
