If you go to your Verizon account website, there's a link there. Always leery of links sent.
Something to look into for future reference. If you have a newer model phone (iPhone or Android), you probably have WiFi calling which is the ability to use WiFi for normal calls and texts. It's not on by default.
Also, Apple has a satellite connection option using their own sat network. Not great, but might get you an emergency call.
