Very Sad

[Independence]

There is a dead boxer on Suitland Parkway near Stanton Road. I went back to check and it did not have a collar on. It's in a bad location to actually stop. Traffic is bad and it's on a curve. I was going to try DC animal control to see if they would pick it up. Any other suggestions?

That is sad. The only thing I can think of is maybe the State Highway Administration? I do not know if that is something they would do but that is all that I could think of.

It's just over the DC line so I'm not sure either? Any dog is sad but a boxer just breaks my heart.
