VHS to CD

according to several websites, CVS and WalMart can/will transfer VHS tapes onto a CD. I dont know about that.

Do any of you know a guy that knows a guy that can and will do that? I have a few home clips with my son I'd like put on a CD? Basically 12 minutes of tape on a full cassette...I AM NOT A TECHIE and even a ethernet cord look suspicious to me.
