It's been two months since City Hall told the citizens of Maryland that the President Street Station at 601 S. President St. and Fleet Street is on the auction block to developers.
Because none of the newspaper accounts clearly described how valuable the property would be to a developer, I decided take a look myself and recorded the video below for you to view.
