Stopped by this place in Westhampton when I was on Long Island this past weekend.

Amazing. All kinds of flavored olive oils and vinegars. All available for free tastings. Hard to walk away without spending a bit of money.
I got bottles of Wild Mushroom/Sage, Blood Orange, and Toasted Sesame oils. The balsamics were a bit strong for my taste, but my friends liked them.
