I'm looking at thrift stores b/c I'm going to a theme party in February and I need a purple 80's inspired party dress....figured thrift stores would be the mecca of bad prom dresses, and hopefully for cheap.

Old Navy has a ton of work pants for cheap, as well as suede jackets that are super-cute. I bought a black one several weeks back for about $3. I paired it with a v-neck satin tie-back.janey83 said:

a friend of mine got a HIDEOUS 80's party dress on ebay for something like a $1 for a big theme party... she won first place, toO!

yeah I def. want to win 1st place, my best friend I wore purple togas last year, but this guy in a pimp suit & this girl in a jacket and dress won.
