“Employees are expected to support the school division’s commitment to action-oriented equity practices through the performance of their job duties, as the Division engages in the disruption and dismantling of white supremacy, systemic racism, and language and actions motivated by race, religion, country of origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, and/or ability,” read the policy draft, obtained by the Free Beacon.

The proposed speech code, the outlet reported, was “hidden” inside “professional conduct” proposal that would prohibit teachers from undermining “the views, positions, goals, policies, or public statements of the Loudoun County School Board or its superintendent.”

The Free Beacon reported that the code gives lip service to teachers’ First Amendment right but said such a right “may be outweighed” by the school districts commitment to “promoting internal … and external community harmony and peace” in addition to “class equity, racial equity, and the goal to root out systemic racism.”

Further, the policy proposal would tell teachers and staff that they have a “duty to report” any of their colleagues who violate the new speech code, should it be adopted. Those accused would be barred from “retaliating” against their accusers, even if the accusations are false. False complaints will also be accommodated, provided they are made in “good faith.”

Ok, it took more than two days to percolate through my thick noggin. I wish I had the careful measured writing of @SamSpade .

What this is, is pure Stalinism / Maoism.
They take some ephemeral, undefined measure, in this case “dismantling white supremacy”, historically either “counter-revolutionary” or “subversive activity” or just “enemy of the people”. It sounds bad, but could mean anything and everything.

“white supremacy” sounds vaguely racist, and mostly everyone agrees that racism is bad. The whole “judging on the character and not color of skin” thing.
But it’s not racism. What does one expect to be dominant in a country that is, and always was, majority white? Country that was founded on European (white) social order, political philosophy, religions, and economic systems?
The only thing that “dismantling white supremacy” could mean is complete overturn of our social and economic order, that for some reason has created the most free, the most prosperous society in the history of the world, and replace it with something else . And those “fragile” whites, who for some unknown reason don’t want to lose that free and prosperous society, will be first ridiculed, shouted down, and eventually gotten rid of.
Seen this movie before, don’t like the ending.

Don't want anyone teaching something that does not align with the state doctrine, the one world order, globalism and open borders.
In other words, the elites will get their way, because the peasant class has been indoctrinated or has been marginalized.
What's going on happened in Russia, Spain, Germany, Italy, and China. Later in Cuba and Central America.
The institutions of our government have to be taken down. Hence, why the Constitution is flawed, it needs to be changed.
But we can't get two thirds of the states to approve. So people like George Soros and Mike Bloomberg pour a lot of money into buying elections.

What does one expect to be dominant in a country that is, and always was, majority white? Country that was founded on European (white) social order, political philosophy, religions, and economic systems?

When I hear pundits moan about all the ills of America, I immediately know 1 of 2 things. First those people have hardly ever traveled outside the US. Or they only have been to places internationally that cater to tourists. 2ndly, they are lying to their audience and possibly lying to themselves.

Places that have, as you write, European social order are places where people choose to immigrate to. North America(Canada/America), Europe and Australian are the destinations of choice. Where do those people come from? They come from Africa, South/Central America and Asia. Now if those places were inherently harmful to minorities, they would choose somewhere else to live. Yet millions choose the safety and economic advantages of majority white nations.

The talking heads can tell a story about how terrible America is but the numbers relate an entirely different story.
