Week of March 17th, if anything like MC IPO in 2005, should be a decent investment.

Any thoughts?

I think a lot of people are going to make a FORTUNE. But I'm not playing with it.

I'm sitting on 25% gains from this time last year in long term investments and I'm not pulling money from those to jump on ANY IPO bandwagon for a few weeks/months only to wig out with each small drop waiting to "time" my sell to make money.

I'll keep playing the Tortoise.

Right and I agree, long haul here too. Without getting caught up in the IPO hoopla, I think it is still going to be a good investment for the long timer who adbides by the buy and hold method.

It came out at $65 (the price for you and me) and has been below that since.
What I wonder is if the credit card business will inherit new rules and restrictions as a trickle down of the mortgage mess, making it less lucrative.
