Have you ever invited Babs, Sarbannes, Steny, O'Donnel, Bohannon, etc. to join the forums? I would think that they could learn a little about the people they represent. After all, we seem to have representation from just about every aspect of our society.

If you have invited them, do any participate?

Babs doesn't represent me, she couldn't care less about me or SOMD for that matter. As long as PG, AA, Baltimore and Mongomery vote in droves for her, SOMD does not exist.

At election time, we send out a notice to all candidates inviting them to participate in the forums and letting them know about our advertising packages.

Most candidates (with the exception of Dave Zylak) are afraid to enter into an uncontrolled Q&A like the forums. They prefer to be able to ignore people who ask tough questions.

So you have to give it to JPC and Becky Tice - they came on and voiced their views. They might have taken a beating for it but....well, now you know why Barbara Mikulski and Steny Hoyer won't be logging on here anytime soon.
