On the second VTECH phone, because the first one did everything but ring. Well this is another VTECH model and it won't ring either. Did the ringer test it works. The old house phone rings just fine. Been looking on line, found no simple answer yet. I would have to guess that I need to change the main old phone to a VTEC base that connects with multiple VTEC phones in one home of the same model. Old phone is a Panasonic, it works so well, can't get rid of it.
