I think it has a little potential. Might wake up the occasional person, for the relativley small cost, worth a shot. There used to be a thing called "The Convincer" on base, it made the rounds at command Safety Standdowns in the early-mid 90s. Last I saw it was rusting away behind the ADT trailer by the Cuddihy/Bundy intersection. Was a simple car seat on a ramp with a seat belt. Was designed to give you a simulated 5mph imapct. Really gave you a hint of what a real crash might feel like. An Aha moment sort of thing.
