John Kerry voted against Laci Peterson Law

Kerry opposed the so-called Laci Peterson law--named for the pregnant California woman killed in 2002--saying it would impact a woman's right to terminate her pregnancy. The bill, signed into law by President Bush, exempted abortions from prosecution.

Guess we can't bash Bush for what he says. It really isn't him talking, it's God.

The Amish told the president that not all members of the church vote but they would pray for him. Bush had tears in his eyes when he replied. He said the president needs their prayers. He also said that having a strong belief in God is the only way he can do his job. ... At the end of the session, Bush reportedly told the group, “I trust God speaks through me. ST, did you read any of J.F. Kerrys' response to P. Jennings queries about when Kerry thought life began for a child?

If you thought Humpty Dumpty had trouble perching himself on that fence, this waffler of all time couldn't even put on the same shoes as poor old Humpty!

At first he says life begins at conception for the child; but later on, when Jennings asks him if it's OK to terminate the child at the 1st trimester, he says it's Ok now,

Jennings: If you believe that life begins at conception, is even a first-trimester abortion not murder?

Kerry: No, because it's not the form of life that takes personhood in the terms that we have judged it to be in the past. It's the beginning of life.

What does he mean?????
