I've lived in Waldorf 6 years. Im the past three years, the neighborhood I live in has made a hard turn for the worst. An upscale neighborhood has become another drug-dealing ally and another violent crime spree of it's own.

I can tell you Waldorf has taken a turn for the worst and I will say "ghetto."

Ok so here is my plan..next time I go to the mall I will have some mace with me. Helps me be a confident shopper. When I go to the mall I come out with bags....I guess i shop "heavy". I don't want anyone to harass me, so if i am confronted...mace in the eyes!!! I don't screw with stupid people. I have never had a mall experience quite like Waldorf mall...I can kind of compare it to military circle in norfolk, Va. I personally prefer the Short Pump mall in Richmond. High end stores for the higher end crowd.

WAS HORRIBLE. My kid will never ever go there without an adult and I don't think that would be safe either. These kids hanging up there are awful. A friend of mine was walking with his wife, daylight mind you, and these 4 teens came up to him and just punched him in the stomach and ran. Ghetto type, doorags or whatever you call them. I cannot believe it. They did not rob him, just ran away laughing, said they could not have been more than 15. It was reported, but they security guard kind of shrugged it off. Unbelievable what this county has now become. Why are parents not parenting.....I don't get it. Who is going to run this country in another 50 years.....there is no one!!!!!! Our young children are in a world of trouble....literally!

Perhaps the parents are the ones dropping the kids off at the mall to hang out with thier friends. Also if the Security "shrugged" after it was reported why didn't you as a parent go to the mall Security Director or the Mall Manager about the officer's inability to handle the situation? I am not blaming you however if its not reported to management how would they know its an issue. Mall Security Director is Robert Groat, Mall Manager is David Gott.

Waldorf is no Mayfield but there are sure a lot of fake ass Cleavers on this board.

Also you must remember to use verbal commands and advise the "victim" on how to treat their stinging eye balls. Pissing in their face might not work if you are thinking of using that in your defense trial though.
