U.S. District Judge George J. Hazel today sentenced Marvin Windell Gray, a/k/a Marv, age 45, of Waldorf, Maryland to 66 months in federal prison, followed by four years of supervised release, on the federal charges of: conspiracy to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl; distribution of fentanyl; and being a felon in possession of a firearm, in connection with a drug distribution organization operating in Prince George’s and Charles Counties in Maryland, that sold fentanyl, heroin, and powder and crack cocaine.
