Check out the classifieds, there are many kitties looking for homes. Most rescues will probably insist on the cats being indoor only. Also, check out Tri-County Animal Shelter. Good luck with your kitty search!

Whoops, read right over that. But yeah, it's in most contracts. SMAWL's for sure.

I'm willing to bet the part about not letting the cat outside is partly a disclaimer to protect the agency from any liability that might result from the cat being outside.

Seems every other house in Wildewood has a pet cat running around the yard and I'll bet 90% of them were adopted yet I don't see folks running around confiscating cats. Even the HOA in Wildewood doesn't have a problem with it as long as the cat stays in your yard.

It is a danger for the cats though (cars, wild animals). I take mine out on a harnesses and leashes on nice days. When we hang out on the back deck we put the handle under the chair legs so they can hang out in the sun with us. Sometimes I take them down into the grass so they can roll around and pounce on bugs :)

Being ridiculously cute. Annoying my mother in the morning because she made a habit of feeding them before I wake up. Chasing crinkly balls under furniture. You know, cat stuff.

Nacho is being a butthead and super-picky about his food. He loves the cheap stuff, but I hate to feed it to him. He'll eat Sheba and Avoderm, but would prefer Fancy Feast. Won't even touch the Pro Plan anymore, but I was trying to get away from the by-products in it anyway. The EVO idea didn't last long. He ate about half a meal of it and decided it was gross.

I've even resorted to hiding treats in the food to get him to eat some of it

Oh, and Nacho is HUGE compared to Fry. Was Fry the runt? Meeko, rather?
