The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Angelo Brown Clinkscales, age 48 of Hyattsville. Clinkscales has an active warrant for his arrest for the charge of escape. Clinkscales violated the conditions of his pretrial release for charges of theft, malicious destruction of property and fleeing and eluding. Clinkscales is a black male, 5’8” and weighs 185 pounds, and has brown eyes.
