St. Mary's Co. Wanted For Escape-Stacey Lynn Goode

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Stacey Lynn Goode, age 43 of Valley Lee. Goode is wanted for the charge of escape for violating pretrial supervision conditions on the original charge of rogue and vagabond. Goode is a white female, 5’4” and weighs 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

the two District Court Judges have a policy of release, release escape, release while on pre-trial release, release release....It isnt Fritz guys... It isnt the sheriffs....
Actually I think it's all three parties have agreed because of COVID_19 to limit who they put in the jail.
They want to protect the staff as much as the inmates.
Even when convicted, if it's a misdemeanor they are opting for home detention.

(a) A person may not possess a burglar's tool with the intent to use or allow the use of the burglar's tool in the commission of a crime involving the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.

(c) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor, shall be considered a rogue and vagabond, and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years.
Great, so could they possibly use english to describe what she did.
