Suspect Linked to Three Robberies


Our Robbery Unit is actively working to identify the suspect who is now linked to three commercial robberies in the county since Friday. In each of the cases, he appears to wear the same hoodie sweatshirt with a design on the front. He first targeted a gas station in the 11000 block of Livingston Road in Fort Washington on April 12th. The suspect implied he had a weapon and demanded cash.


Two days later, on April 14th, the suspect robbed another gas station. At approximately 8:30 pm, he walked into a gas station in the 15000 block of Livingston Road in Accokeek. The preliminary investigation reveals he implied he had a weapon and demanded cash. He then fled the business.



And on Monday, April 15th, the suspect committed another robbery. This time he targeted a convenience store in the 400 block of Manning Road East in Accokeek. He walked in around 2:15 am, again implied a weapon and demanded money. The employees complied. If anyone has information on this suspect, please call 301-772-4905 or 1-866-411-TIPS. Burglary Suspects

Detectives are investigating a burglary at a laundromat in Chillum. These two suspects targeted the business in the 6000 block of New Hampshire Avenue on April 11th at approximately 2:30 am. The preliminary investigation reveals the suspects helped themselves to assorted clothing and some money. If anyone has information that could help detectives, they are asked to call 301-699-2601.
