These three know felons have been seen in the area of California, MD. If seen, do not approach. They are considered legged and dangerous. Normal activities are begging, howling, scratching, shedding and chasing cars, presumably to car jack them or pee on the tires. We suspect the ring leader is El Whappo based on the intelligent expression. Call your local law enforcement if spotted and stay inside!

PSA - This warning is not to be taken lightly. El Whappo lives up to the name. I speak from personal experience....
