We used Barcraft construction over two years ago. they built a garage, deck and retaining wall for us at a cost of over $152,000. When it was time for warranty work he would not answer the phone or return calls. We filed a complaint with the B. B.Bureau and then he contacted us He and his lawyer .We have lots of things that need fixing.Our deck railing in some sections bow out 3 inches .We have a 12 foot deck board that is broken at all the screws . He put our down spouts underground using corrigated pipe not solid even under our poured patio. The aluminum wrap they used around our garage doors has holes eating through it all over. Our retaining wall has moved away from house and has four cracks that go all the way threw,There is a gap at the garage 12 feet long that is 1 to 2 inches wide and very jagged . This gap and the cracks need to be saw cut and filled , when done properly this is going to look very bad . He stated NO WAYhe was not going to paint the retaining wall. THEY ALREADY HAD TO PAINT THE WALLS OF THE GARAGE INSIDE AND OUT BECAUSE THE CONCRETE WORK WAS SO BAD . Our driveway has sunk down 2 inches at the wall and does not drain threw drain it runs down at the wall. He tried to get away with a lot of stuff to much to list.
