I just signed up for the Warrior Dash in May at Budds Creek. Anyone do it last year? Any pointers for getting ready? TIA.

I did it last year and am signed up again for this year. Cardio and strength training for your upper body is helpful.
Could you try mountain climbers/burpees? Do some suicides and after each one, end it with a push up, crunch, sit up or burpee.
You should try the 100 pushups app!I still cant do a real pushup I have to use a body bar balanced on the bosu for extra incline. Personal goal is 10 "real" pushups and 3 unassisted chin ups. such meager goals..
