I legitimately had tears in my eyes, and not a lot bothers me. I'm well past jaded, at this point in my life, but this moved me probably more than anything has in a long time. Probably the 2 Marines that stood their ground, opening fire on a truck packed with explosives in Ramadi (2008) is the only story comparable to my mind.
