Water damage restoration

Has anyone used Idaho Disaster Pros for water damage restoration? I had a pipe burst last week, and my basement is a disaster zone. Their website looks professional, but you never really know with these companies. They quoted me a price that seems a bit high, but they claim they handle everything from drying to mold prevention. Are they worth it, or should I shop around more? If you’ve used them, how was your experience?
