i had the same problem you have to line the top up with the cup meaning the top has a spot on it in the back that needs to be lined up with the back of the cup where the cup connects

Ok, that is totally confusing. 8 out of 10 cups that I get end up leaking from the bottom seam. I think I am the only one that gets the leaky ones:lmao:

It might not be just limited to the Charlotte Hall and Mechcanicsville WaWa's, guy I work stops at the Millersville one up on RT. 3, and he has had it happen to him more then just a couple of times. Ive never had a problem with the 24oz cups.

I must be living a charmed life. 20oz is my usual size and I've never had a problem. I go to the PF and Dunkirk stores.

StarBucks makes a really good quality steel insulated coffee cup (yeah you can find cheaper at Wal-Mart etc. but they break often) and everywhere I go I use it to buy coffee with zero problems. No leaks, stays hotter longer, and no coffee spillage if tipped so long as I have the lid closed! :coffee:
