Monday, January 22, 2007, is a scheduled day off for St. Mary's County Public School students; Code 1 for Employees. Code 1 means ten, eleven, and twelve month employees report to work two hours late. All employees normally beginning their day after 9:20 a.m. are to report to work on time. *Emergency personnel will report to work on time.

Status of Charles County Public Schools

Due to inclement weather there will be a Code 2 for all employees including teachers on Monday, January 22. This means employees may come in two hours after their normal starting times. Schools are already closed for students for semester break.
