TROPICAL STORM CINDY WILL BE TRANSPORTING ABUNDANT MOISTURE AS IT MOVES TO THE NORTHEAST. HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WITH THIS SYSTEM AS IT AFFECTS THE REGION. LATEST INFORMATION SUGGESTS THAT 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE IN SOME AREAS OF CITYGRL'S HOUSE....

THESE RAINFALL TOTALS WILL LIKELY BE SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE FLOODING AT CITYGRL'S HOUSE

THE EVENTUAL STORM TRACK WILL BECOME CLEARER AND FLOOD WATCHES MAY BECOME NECESSARY THURSDAY AT CITYGRL'S HOUSE
