I haven't had any problems with IPower: IPOWER

Net1Plus is a little more expensive but great support: NET1Plus

I've been very happy with service. I do HTML, but I think they include a "design" program.

I use Yahoo webhosting, it's 20 bucks a month and easy to use. This is one of my sites. I have a few, but this is the one I like the best.
