Both have stopped working. I can't even find them on my system. I have an HP Pavillion dv7. Help?
Did you check your device manager?
Also, did you reboot?
FH asked what were you doing you noticed it failed, and also said you can check the BIOS (when you reboot, you hit one of the F (function keys)
